We prefer our customers to show potential buyers around their properties themselves.
You know it better than anyone and can point out it's best features.
However, if you would like to arrange attended viewings by our agents, we charge an additional fee of £45 for each viewing

'Premium' & 'Featured' listings are available on Zoopla & Prime Location.
Your home will appear in a highlighted box & given more photos.
'Featured' properties display at the top & are shown twice.
The RRP for 'Premium' listings is £200.
The RRP for 'Featured' listings is £400

EPC

An Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) is required by law if you're selling your home.
An EPC shows how energy-efficient your property is.
We can arrange this for you. Employing an accredited domestic energy assessor, we will provide an EPC for a fee of £95
